5 Natural Ways to get rid of Acidity

In today's busy lifestyle acidity has become a common problem for many people. In India there are teenagers and adults who are facing this issue due to their improper diet and unhealthy lifestyle.

1)  unhealthy diet.
2)  stress.
3)  Lack of sleep.

Natural Remedies: there are some natural ways you can get rid of acidity.
a) Apple Cider Vinegar - take 1-2 tea spoon of apple cider vinegar dissolve it in a glass of water. Drink it once or twice after meal it will help you to get rid of acidity.
b) Banana - bananas contains high amount of fiber which helps in digestion.  They are rich in potassium and increases the mucus production which helps in reducing acidity.
c) Buttermilk - butter milk act as an antidote to acidity. Butter milk contains lactic acid which soothes the stomach acid. A glass of cold butter milk can help a lot it contains probiotics which helps in digestion and reduces acidity.
d) Pineapple juice - it is one of the tried and tested remedy for acidity, after a heavy meal or spicy meal a glass of pineapple juice get help a lot.


e) Raw almonds - simple almonds that have not been soaked or tampered are one of the natural remedy for acidity. It contains natural oil which soothes stomach acid effect and it is rich in fiber which helps in divestion.
